2.1. Whilst at the escape rooms, all players are bound by the relevant health and safety procedures, fire procedures and any other directions given by our staff.

2.2. Any breach of these terms or any unacceptable behaviour by you or your guests, that is likely to cause damage, nuisance, injury to any other visitor or member of staff will lead to you being ejected from the premises.

2.3. All customers should arrive promptly for your booked time, this will be confirmed in your confirmation email at the time of booking.

2.4. No smoking, no pets or animals except for guide dogs or service animals are permitted on the premises.

2.5. You may not bring weapons or potential weapons, onto the premises. Any person found in possession of these items will be asked to leave.

2.6. No use of illegal drugs, or consumption of alcohol is allowed in any part of the escape rooms or surrounding premises.

2.7. You agree not to photograph, copy, reproduce or republish any part of the content of the escape rooms including clues, sets or games. Unsolved Mysteries Escape Rooms Ltd expects their visitors directly or indirectly (including social media) not to disclose any details of the game to other members of the public.

2.8. Flat shoes must be worn when entering the escape rooms due to damage that could be caused to our sets and for your personal safety. We strongly recommend comfortable clothing.  THE CABIN is a gritty and rustic set and we recommend wearing clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting dirty.

2.9. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings brought into the escape rooms, or any vehicles parked in the car park. Lockers will be provided for personal belongings in our foyer but we recommend you do not bring valuables into the Escape Rooms.
